Omega Pharma – Quick-Step Cycling Team rider Mark Cavendish was 5th in the 12.1km Tour of Denmark Stage 5 on Saturday.

 

Wilco Kelderman (Belkin Pro Cycling) won the stage, and also took over the GC lead with a 14’35” TT performance. Timofey Kristkiy (Katusha) was 2nd (+02″), and Martin Elmiger (IAM) 3rd (+03″). Cavendish was +05″ down on Kelderman in the TT.

OPQS looks next to a final, 165km stage on Sunday.
